01 The shift

Legacy backup was never built for AI-density power. We rebuilt it from the cell up.

Lead-acid banks and diesel generators are slow to recharge, fire-prone and carbon-heavy. As AI servers and high-voltage DC push power densities higher, the old playbook breaks. NexSolid responds in milliseconds, survives 100,000 plus cycles, and runs for 15 years, engineered to international safety standards from day one.

Lithium LiFePO₄

High power density and a fireproof cell chemistry. The workhorse behind sub-second backup and the highest-demand edges of the load.

Sodium-ion

Abundant, safe and cost-stable. Strong where budgets are tight and ambient temperatures run high, with supply that does not depend on scarce metals.

Combined under our AI UPS control layer, they form the complete backup architecture. A capacitive power buffer rides out the first milliseconds while the cells take the load.

The 800V hybrid
backup system.

  • Power buffer absorbs the spikes. GPU bursts and inrush are handled instantly, so the cells only carry real outages and last far longer.
  • 800V efficiency. High-voltage DC cuts copper mass by roughly 45 percent and lifts end-to-end efficiency up to 5 times versus legacy 48V.
  • Standards-first. Engineered to IEC 62619, UL 1973 and IEC 62040, with SiC power electronics and full battery management.
  • Reclaim the room. Compact, long-life cabinets retire bulky battery rooms and standby generators.
